DS22 was establish by David Speicher, a German native, living in Ireland since 1997 – for over 25 years. He have extensive knowledge working as the Head of Project Department as a property manager for one of the biggest property management firms in Dublin for many years before establishing DS22. He hold all four PSRA licences and is a full member of several professional associations including the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
The team in DS22 is internationally connected with other international operating Property Services Providers and has over 40 years of combined experience in property management. We manage various Owner Management Companies, including apartment developments, housing estates and commercial & retail centres.
We have designated persons managing accounts and on-site operations.
Our unique business strength is that we provide a pro-active and hands-on property management service, focussed and tailored to each client’s individual requirements.
We have extensive experience in rectifying fire-safety deficiencies in apartment developments as well as obtaining ISO 14001 Environmental Standard certification as part of the OMC’s Environmental & Social Responsibility.
DS22 uses specifically designed property management software to manage all aspects of the development and the statutory obligations for the Owner Management Company. Our advantage over a large-scale corporate property management firms is that we are able to be more focussed and take the necessary time to manage properties/ developments/ Multi-Unit Developments face-to-face and in a personal manner. We are hands-on and pro-active.
