A breath of fresh air - we take a different, refreshing, personal and modern approach in providing estate agency services.

DS22 was establish by David Speicher, a German native, living in Ireland since 1997 – for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge working as the Head of Project Department as a property manager for one of the biggest property management firms in Dublin for many years before establishing DS22. He holds all four PSRA licences and is a full member of several professional associations including the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
The team in DS22 is internationally connected with other international operating Property Services Providers and has over 40 years of combined experience in property management. We manage various Owner Management Companies, including apartment developments, housing estates and commercial & retail centres.
We have designated persons managing accounts and on-site operations.
Our unique business strength is that we provide a pro-active and hands-on property management service, focussed and tailored to each client’s individual requirements.
We have extensive experience in rectifying fire-safety deficiencies in apartment developments as well as obtaining ISO 14001 Environmental Standard certification as part of the OMC’s Environmental & Social Responsibility.
DS22 uses specifically designed property management software to manage all aspects of the development and the statutory obligations for the Owner Management Company. Our advantage over a large-scale corporate property management firms is that we are able to be more focussed and take the necessary time to manage properties/ developments/ Multi-Unit Developments face-to-face and in a personal manner. We are hands-on and pro-active.

ABOUT DAVID SPEICHER

Founder of DS 22

David has extensive knowledge and experience working in the property and construction sector in Ireland. A German native, living in Ireland for over 25 years, he was appointed Head of Project Department with a leading estate agency & property management firm which he joined in  2011. Prior to that he worked in the construction industry, building individual German low-energy and turn-key-finish passive houses. 

David is a member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland), IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and TEGoVA TRV (Registered Residential Property Valuer). He holds all 4 PSRA licences, for auctioneering, sales, lettings and management. 

David achieved a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Real Estate and is a registered TEGoVA TRV Blue-Book valuer. He was granted” 1st Place Award” as well as a “Special President's Award for Leadership” – from the Dublin Institute of Technology. 

David’s prior role  entailed managing large scale refurbishment works and repairs work on multi-unit property developments with a specific emphasis on fire safety deficiencies identification and rectification works to bring non-compliant apartment blocks into statutory compliance. He is a certified Project Manager by the Project Management Institute.

David is looking forward to working with new and existing clients, offering his expertise and knowledge.

Property Management

We have many years’ experience working for one of the largest property management firms in Ireland, gaining invaluable expertise and knowledge in managing residential and commercial developments. Providing property management is a demanding service, which includes complying with legislative requirements, accounting and financial services as well as overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of developments.

As part of our property management, we offer:

  2. Complying with legislation for the Owners Management Company and Directors
  3. Charing out and managing service charges
  4. CRO (Company Registration Office) works e.g. filing and updating documents
  5. Managing all aspects of up keeping and improving the development
