DS22 offers a fully comprehensive lettings and management service. Potential tenants will be thoroughly screened in terms of employment, financial and previous landlord references. The most suitable tenant we then present to you the landlord, to make the final decision.

DS22 will prepare and manage all legislative requirements, e.g. signing and registration with the Residential Tenancy Board (RTB) and Building Energy Rating certification. We collect the security deposit as well as a month's rent in advance and monitor the monthly rental payments. Because of our pro-active and hands-on approach, every 6 months, we inspect the property on behalf of the landlord and attend to any problems which may arise, when reported.

When a tenancy agreement is terminated and the tenant moves out, we carry out a final inspection and refund the deposit back to the tenant after advising the landlord of same.
